The Suede Shawl
Handmade velvet soft suede wrap for warm air, bare skin, and summer nights.
The Suede Shawl is a signature atelier style, handmade in England from soft suede.
Designed to be worn over the shoulders, wrapped close to the body, or carried into the evening, it brings warmth, movement, and quiet drama to summer dressing.
Each piece is cut and finished by hand, with hand-knotted suede fringe creating weight, movement, and a softly tactile edge. Colour availability may vary according to the hides available to the atelier.
Each shawl is presented in a soft bamboo silk dust bag with satin ribbon ties, created to protect the piece between wears and extend the quiet ritual of care beyond the atelier.
Selected pieces may be available for immediate dispatch, while others are made to order.

- Hand-cut and finished by the atelier.
- Hand-knotted suede fringe.
- Presented in a bamboo silk dust bag with satin ribbon ties.

Colours shown online are intended as a guide and may vary slightly according to screen settings. The soft nap of the suede catches the light differently as it moves or is brushed, allowing the colour to appear lighter or deeper from different angles.
Each shawl is crafted from natural skin. Subtle variations in tone, texture and surface markings are inherent to the material and are not considered faults; they are part of its individual character and beauty, making every piece unique.
Each Suede Shawl is cut and finished by hand in a triangular form.
Approximate dimensions:
Top edge: 121cm / 47.5"
Side edges: 82.5cm / 32.5" each
Hand-knotted side fringe: approximately 14–15cm / 5.5–6"The shawl is unlined to preserve the softness, movement, and natural handle of the suede.
- Fringe is placed along the two side edges only and may vary slightly in length according to placement, knotting, and the natural fall of the hide.
- Slight variation may occur due to the natural character of the suede, the hand-cutting process, and the way each fringe is individually knotted.

- To preserve the suede, avoid prolonged exposure to rain, moisture, oils, perfume, makeup, and direct heat.
