Yes, we offer a full refurbishment service through our concierge. The first refurbishment is complimentary, with shipping charges covered by the client. We will arrange pickup and drop-off via FedEx for your convenience.

Bespoke commissions are developed specifically for the individual and are therefore not typically subject to cancellation once production has begun. Following confirmation, a 14-day period is observed before development begins. During this time, changes or cancellation may be requested. If you choose to proceed immediately, this period is waived and work begins at your request. Once development has commenced, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.
