Refurbishment
Our Refurbishment Service is designed to extend the life of your footwear through careful restoration and continued care.
Depending on the condition of the piece, services may include structural refinements, leather restoration, replacement components, polishing, and internal renewal.
Each pair is assessed individually by the atelier.
Recycling
Extending the life of materials lies at the heart of our circular approach.
Previously owned pieces may be carefully dismantled, restored, repurposed, or responsibly recycled through our specialist partners.
This service reflects our belief that luxury should endure — not be discarded.

Revive
Crafted from carefully selected natural materials, each pair is designed to evolve beautifully with time and wear.
Regular maintenance helps preserve the richness, structure, and finish of the leather and suede.

Logistics
Complimentary shipping is offered within the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, and Canada.
International shipping options are available upon request.
All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom via FedEx once prepared by the atelier.
Duties and import taxes remain the responsibility of the client.
Returns
Each bespoke and made-to-order piece is created specifically for the individual client and becomes non-returnable once production has commenced.
Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they remain unworn and in original condition.
In the rare event of a manufacturing fault, the atelier will of course repair, replace, or refund the piece accordingly.
